Pastor Woodrow Bosley, Jr.

July 30, 1949 — September 14, 2023

Woodrow had some schooling in McNary. He then moved to Texas with his dad, stepmom, and younger siblings, where he attended Pineland schools in Pineland, Texas. After he graduated high school he volunteered to serve our country by joining the United States Army, where he served 2 years. While in the Army he served as a mortician taking care of the fallen soldiers. When he returned home to Pineland, Texas he met his first love, Sondra 0’dell (Thompson) Bosley. He attended St Johns Missionary Baptist Church where he, the Pastor, and another minister fed the flock. Later Woodrow met Debra and married her, on March 8, 2011. He accepted her four grown kids, 15 grand kids, and two great-grand kids as his own. They were happily married for 12 yrs. They moved to Show Low Arizona and became members of Blooming Grove Baptist Church where Woodrow later became the Pastor until his death. Woodrow loved his gospel music, smooth jazz and sitting out on his porch listening to his music. He also enjoyed helping others any way he could. Woodrow loved informing his friends when and where the games were and loved giving his testimony of how God saved him and how good God is to him.
