Jody Harrelson

Jody Harrelson born April 14, 1954 in Douglas, Arizona passed away on July 18, 2021 in Flagstaff, Arizona. Jody is survived by his wife, Rosalie Harrelson; daughter, Joey Dawn Harrelson; step-daughters, Paula Wright and Lisa Baca; 4 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.

Jody was a good husband, bonus dad, grandfather, great-grandfather and friend to many. Jody dedicated 30 years of his life serving and protecting our small community of Holbrook as an officer and lieutenant until his retirement 5 years ago. Jody also served as the school resource and D.A.R.E officer for the Holbrook School District. He was extremely passionate about educating all the kids to obey the law and make good decisions, his goal was to never see them in the Judicial System and fought with and for them.

Jody loved the community of Holbrook but his biggest and unapologetic love was for his loving and beautiful wife Rosalie.

The Recitation of the Holy Rosary will be held 9:30 A.M. Saturday, July 24, 2021 at the Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, 212 E. Arizona Street, Holbrook with the Mass of Christian Burial to follow at 10:00 A.M. Interment will follow in the Holbrook Cemetery.
