Richard Brion Drye

RICHARD BRION DRYE, JR.

OCTOBER 31, 1971  -- DECEMBER 5, 2021

Richard "Hooker" Drye, Jr. was called to heaven on December 5, 2021, at home, surrounded by family and chosen family. He wars born in Flagstaff, Arizona on October 31, 1971.

He married his best friend, Roxanne Drye, on October 1, 2016. Richard was a man who loved hard and played hard. He had many adventures from racing cars, riding his Harleys, and having the many occupations that he had throughout his life; his favorite loves were his Harleys and tow trucks. Richard's heart was so big on helping anyone in need.

Richard is survived by his wife, Roxanne; children, Sean (Samantha) Drye, of San Diego, CA, Amity Rose (Jon) Blackmore-Simpson of Duncan, AZ, Matthew Najar of Chandler, AZ, Daniel Caleb Najar of Holbrook, AZ, Diana Najar of St. Johns, AZ; Parents, Ricky (Judy) Drye of Oklahoma, and Cheryl (Larry) Wood of Florida; grandson, Deral; 2 brothers, 3 sisters; and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Maudi and Aaron Drye, and Richard "Dick" and Bonnie Tillman.

Memorial Services will be announced at a later date.
