In loving memory of Randi Lynne Rosen

Randi Rosen passed away on June 23rd in Show Low, Arizona, and is preceded in death by her mother, Madeline Finklestein, her step-father Michael Finklestein

Randi was born on November 2nd 1963, to Madeline and Ronald Rosen in Los Angeles, California, and was described as a beautiful and bright baby. Throughout her childhood, she loved skateboarding and tagging along with her father to his pool-cleaning jobs as he often worked for celebrities, and she got to meet them. Randi was also an avid music listener and routinely visited local record shops with her father to pick up the latest tapes and vinyl. This early passion for sound eventually led her to the music industry, where she would become co-manager for the band Slaughter, whose song "Fly to the Angels" was a massive hit in 1990.

Following her stint in music, Randi would go on to accomplish several things in her life, including creating a non-profit for domestic violence victims, becoming a paralegal, and receiving her bachelor's and associates in Law. But above all, her greatest accomplishment in life is the birth of her only child, Maggie. Becoming a mom was all Randi truly wanted, and it showed in the way she was the biggest cheerleader in the room when it came to Girl Scouts, recitals, choir showcases, guitar lessons, and band concerts. She always showed up and was the proudest parent.

There are so many more things that could be said, but Randi was a star in her own right. She will be forever deeply missed; life will not be the same without her and her ferocity in fighting for what is right in the world.
