It is with sadness, we announce the passing of Peter Mayer,77, of Show Low, Arizona on June 10th 2026 due to health complications.

Beloved son of Wilhelm and Hildegard Mayer he was fiercely proud of his German heritage and a true American patriot.

Pete was a purple heart Marine veteran, active in the Show Low VFW Post 9907 and Moose Lodge 2650 .

Outspoken and passionate in his beliefs with a heart of gold and always willing to help the underdog, Pete will be missed by family and friends.
