Norman Parker Skidmore, of Whiteriver, passed away on August 8, 2024, at the age of 76. He was born on September 15, 1947, in Whiteriver, AZ to the late, Roe and Ramona Parker Skidmore.
Norman lived a fulfilling life dedicated to serving as a police officer in the local community.
His impact as a dedicated police officer will always be remembered by those he served.
Norman is survived by his wife, Evangeline Skidmore, and daughter Jessica Skidmore.

A wake will begin at 10:00 am on Friday, August 16, at 5321 N. 1st Ave., Whiteriver, Arizona. A Home Service will be held that location at 1:00 pm on Saturday, August 17, 2024, to honor his life and legacy. Burial will follow at 3:30 at the Skidmore Family Plot at North Fork.
His memory will forever live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
