Minnie Burnette

In loving memory of Minnie Cosen Burnette. She was born on November 10, 1932. She went to her heavenly home on December 17, 2025.

Minnie will be brought back to her residence in Rainbow City, for a one-night wake, on December 30th at 10:00 am. Funeral service will be on December 31st at the Canyon Day Miracle Church, beginning at 1:00 pm. Burial will be at the Cedar Creek Morning Dove Cemetery.

She is survived by her daughter, Minda Burnette, her son's, Raymond Burnette, Lloyd Burnette Sr and Abel Burnette Jr. Minnie has 26 grandchildren, 45 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great-grandchildren. She has many nieces, nephews, friends, and extended relatives.

Minnie was a faithful servant who loved to pray, fellowship, and worship. All gospel singers, church choirs, and tribal dignitaries are invited. All are welcome to join us in celebrating the life of Sister Minnie Burnette.
