Marlene Smith Chatterton

Marlene Smith Chatterton was peacefully accepted into the loving arms of our Lord on October 9, 2021.

Marlene was a resident of the Cedar Hill area, east of Snowflake, since 2016. She was an avid reader and a

devout Christian. Before retiring to Tampa, Florida she was a literature instructor at the University Nevada, Las Vegas.

In 2016 she relocated to Arizona to be closer to her son, Ron and daughter-in-law Kerstin.

Marlene is survived by three brothers, Dallen, Kelvin, and Joel and 2 sisters, Star and Lee Ann. She also has 2 grandchildren,

2 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews, all of which she was very proud of.

Marlene leaves her friends and family with numerous examples of expressing love and kindness. She will be missed but never forgotten.
