Mark Bead

Mark Bead, age 59, of Whiteriver, Arizona passed away on June 28, 2025. He was born on March 7, 1966 in Whiteriver, Arizona to Davis Bead and Cindy Paxson.

Mark was a proud member of a large and loving family, one of nine siblings. He attended Sherman Indian High School, where he formed many lifelong friendships. Mark had a deep love for the outdoors and especially enjoyed fishing, spending time in nature and the peaceful solitude it offered.

He is survived by his father, Davis Bead; his daughter Naytaya Johnson; and his cherished grandson, Christopher Johnson. He is also survived by his grandmother, Genevieve Bead; brothers, Carley Cosay, Jr., Carl Lee Cosay and Charley Cosay; sisters, Marelina Tso, Saloma Gordon, Arnita Bones, Fawn Clawson, Gladys Aredondo and Shiree Wallen.

Mark was preceded in death by his mother, Cindy Fall; brothers, Davidson Bead, Travis Bead, Minor Fall, Jr. and Baby Bead.

Mark will be remembered for his kind heart, love of nature and strong family ties. He leaves behind many who loved him and will carry his memory in their hearts.

Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Wednesday, July 9th. With a viewing beginning at 7:00 A.M. Wednesday, July 9th at 4028 E. 7th Street, Whiteriver, Arizona. Interment will be in the Canyon Day Cemetery.
