Judith Wade
Ballard
Jun 4, 1947 — Jul 25, 2026
Judith Wade Ballard of Snowflake, Arizona, passed away peacefully on Saturday morning. With heavy hearts, we said goodbye to our dear and loving mother, grandmother, sister and friend. Judy was known for her genuine kindness, sweet spirit, and the warmth she brought into the lives of those around her. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
Judy was born on June 4, 1947, in Ogden, Utah, to Dora Lenore Gough and Elden William Wade. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Kerry Ballard; her parents; her brothers, Elden William Wade, Jr. and Steven Lawrence Wade; and her in-laws, Leslie and Melva Ballard.
Judy dedicated many years of her life to serving her community as a speech therapist in the Snowflake School District. She was passionate about helping children and made a lasting impact on countless students and families. She was also a devoted and supportive wife, standing faithfully by her husband, Kerry in all of his service and endeavors.
Above all Judy cherished her family. She is survived by her children: Melvin (Maura), Jonathan (Jenny), David, Janelle, and Jennifer (Greg); as well as 18 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren, who will carry on her legacy of love, strength and compassion.
Judy's life was a beautiful example of love, service, and quiet strength. Her memory will live on in the hearts of her family and all who were blessed to know her.
