Jarran Cundiff, age 25, of Taylor, Arizona, passed away on August 31, 2026, following an acute illness. He was born on June 12, 2001, in Show Low, Arizona, to his parents, Billie Jo Van den Berg and Jeff Cundiff.

Jarran grew up in Taylor, Arizona, and attended Snowflake High School, and then continued his education with Northland Pioneer College. He moved to Phoenix joining the IBEW Local
#640 Electrical Apprentice Program and subsequently returned to the White Mountains and continued his career as an electrician with White Mountain Electric.

He brought immense joy and laughter to the lives of those who knew and loved him. His sense of humor, his smile, his strong opinions, and all the little things that made him unique. Jarran will be remembered and cherished by his family and friends.

Jarran is survived by and will be deeply missed by his mother, Billie Jo (Johan) Van den Berg; stepfather, Casey Lusk; grandmother, Jan Fry; grandfather, Bruce (Smoothy) Marshall; grandmother, Jackie (Steve) Hess; brother, Brady Marshall; girlfriend, Cannin Hill; aunts, Casey Marshall and Codie (Toad) Marshall; nieces, Violet and Mallory. He also leaves behind a large extended family of step-grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends who loved him dearly.

He was preceded in death by his father, Jeff Cundiff; grandfather, George Cundiff;
step-grandmother, Lou Mila; and step-grandfather, Don Lusk.

Jarran's life was far too short, but he filled those years with his own unique style, laughter, music, adventures, and love. He will be forever loved, forever missed, and never forgotten.

A Viewing will be held on September 19, 2026 at Owens Livingston Mortuary, 84 E. 19th St., from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM., followed by a graveside service at Reed Hatch Cemetery in Taylor Arizona. A luncheon and Celebration of Life will follow immediately at Ranch House Saloon in Snowflake, Arizona.
