Herbert Moore 66, passed away unexpectedly on Monday January 24th, 2022.

He was born September 16th, 1955 in Winton, North Carolina and moved to Arizona in the 1980s.

Herbie is survived by his wife of twenty nine years, Susan; two daughters, Cindy Martinson (Edward), Cheri Parcells (Brian); three brothers, J.T. Moore (Linda), Melvin Moore (Dorothy), Allen Eley (Barbara); two sisters, Beatrice Gatling, Jean Jernigan (C.S.); many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his father, Elwood Moore and mother, Louvenia Bowser-Moore; his youngest daughter, Sydney Moore; his granddaughter, Alycia Parcells; sisters, Synomia Leary, Roberta McIntyre, Louveria Moore, Dorothy Boone, Bessie Nowell; and brother, Elwood Moore, Jr.

Herbie loved being outdoors, whether he was working in the yard or going out riding his can-am. He loved having BBQs with his family and friends and was always looking for new ways to make everyone smile and laugh, which usually involved him picking on you. He was fiercely loyal to his family and friends. He enjoyed his work as well, having worked for the same company for thirty years, and there he grew lifelong friendships. He enjoyed taking his grandchildren to the Monster Truck Shows and Car Shows, whenever he could. Being a husband, father, brother, grandpa, great-grandpa and uncle gave him so much pride.  He made the best of this life with lots of smiles, laughs, hugs and so much love. His family and friends will miss him immensely.

Herbie left a profound mark on the world, one of kindness and patience. He will live on in the hearts and memories of those who loved him.
