Heather Rose Johnson

Heather Rose Johnson, age 40, passed away on March 28, 2026, in Scottsdale, Arizona. She was born on December 5, 1985, in Whiteriver, Arizona, to Cyrus Johnson and Evelyn Keyes.

Heather grew up rooted in family and community, carrying with her a vibrant spirit that touched everyone she met. She graduated from Sherman Indian High School and later attended Fort Lewis College in Durango, Colorado, where she continued to expand her curiosity about the world and her place in it.

Heather had a deep love for the night sky and found peace in stargazing, often spending quiet moments under the stars reflecting and dreaming. She will be fondly remembered for her unmistakable personality-especially her loud, silent laugh that could light up a room and her playful "naughty runs" that brought joy and laughter to those around her.

She leaves behind family, friends, and loved ones who will carry her memory in their hearts. Heather's warmth, humor, and unique spirit will never be forgotten.

A wake will be held on April 6 at 10:00 A.M. at Lonesome Dove, 1526 Buffalo Street in Fort Apache, Arizona. Funeral services will take place on April 7 at 1:00 P.M. at Canyon Day Miracle Church.

Burial will follow at Pinon Tree Cemetery.

Heather Rose Johnson will be deeply missed and forever loved.
