He is survived by his wife, Phyllis A. (Meade) Yocum; children: Wendi Yocum, Allen Yocum, James Yocum; grandchildren: Ashlei Simington, Zackary (Taylar Mayre) Simington, Robert (Taylor) Simington; great-grandchildren: Erik Yocum, Penelope Simington, Jensen Simington and Bentley Simington.

Born in Buckeye, Arizona on December 9, 1947, he is predeceased by his parents, Robert Lee and Mary Magdalene (Yocham) Yocum.
