Elliot was a dedicated father to Alexis and Nehemiah. He is survived by his father, Julius Armstrong Jr., and mother, Andrea Beatty.
A Home wake will begin at 10:00 am on Thursday, February 20th. Family and friends will gather for a funeral service at home on Saturday, February 22, 2025, at 10:00 am, followed by a graveside service at Sunny Side Cemetery at 11:30 am.
