Eddie Cooper

On April 17, 2025, Eddie Ray Cooper peacefully passed away surrounded by his family.

Eddie was born August 4, 1946, in Levelland, Texas to Ray and Geneva Cooper. When he was a young child, his family made the move to Globe, Arizona to work in the copper mines. After high school, Eddie joined the Navy and fought for our country in the Vietnam War.

He had four children during his first marriage; all of whom he raised in the Globe/Miami area. He worked as a mechanic/maintenance worker in the underground mine outside of Superior, AZ until he retired. For the rest of his working years, he made a living as a carpenter.

He had a passion for fishing and loved spending time with his family. From watching the fights on TV to playing dominoes; when Eddie was around, it was sure to be a good time.

He is survived by his son Rick (Michelle) of Rim Rock, AZ, daughter Cheryl (Toby Yocum) of Snowflake, AZ, son Donnie (Tina) of Beach, ND, and daughter Robyn (Ruben Dominguez) of Snowflake, AZ. He was blessed with 12 grandchildren, 44 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren, Services will take place at a later date.
