Douglas Gordon VanCleave Sr., of Taylor, was born February 6, 1938, to Robert and Varla VanCleave in Show Low Arizona. He passed away November 14, 2022, to join his beloved wife, Joy.
He was a loving father, brother, and grandfather.
He leaves behind his children, Peggie Allen, Mindy Neff (Michael), Douglas VanCleave Jr. (Susan), Ryan VanCleave; stepdaughters, Terry, Diane, Janella, Jimmi; siblings, Robert, Clyde, Sharon, Enid and Belva; and many grandchildren whom he loved dearly. He was preceded by his parents, brothers, Dwight and Earl and stepdaughter, Noma.
A private celebration of life will take place in the spring.
