Dr. Dorothy Teresa Karcheski, NMD and Chiropractor, 74, passed away peacefully June 18, 2024. She was born in Bridgeport, CT, the daughter of Bernard Peter Karcheski and Isabelle Mary Carnecka; preceded in death by brother Bernard P. Karcheski, Jr. and survived by sister Dr. Marilyn Schmidt, clinical psychologist in San Diego, nephew Thomas M. Schmidt, and several cousins.

Upon the fulfilment of a childhood dream, Dorothy graduated from Bastyr University in Seattle. Subsequently, she pursued further studies and obtained her D.C. license.

While not engaged in treating her patients, she enjoyed hiking, gardening, playing flute, guitar and piano.

Dorothy devoted her life to her medical practice providing excellent professional expertise and heartfelt care to all who sought her help. She loved Jesus Christ and joyfully served Him in her work.
