In Loving Memory of Daylon Palmer Beloved Son, Brother, Teacher, and Friend
Daylon Palmer, whose bright smile and adventurous spirit touched the lives of so many, passed away leaving behind a legacy of kindness, courage, and love.
Daylon lived life to the fullest-whether he was casting a fishing line on a quiet lake, soaring through the sky on a daring skydive, or lending a helping hand to the elderly, his joy for life was infectious. A natural leader with boundless energy and charisma, he inspired everyone around him to embrace each day with gratitude and enthusiasm.
Before joining the United States Army, Daylon served as a lifeguard at the Show Low Aquatic Center, where his watchful care and easy laugh made him a favorite among his peers. Later, as a proud member of the 82nd Airborne Division, he found purpose and pride in his role in communications. His dedication, professionalism, and genuine heart earned him the respect and friendship of many fellow soldiers and supervisors alike.
Daylon loved to travel, explore new places, and meet new people-always leaving behind memories of laughter and light. Those who knew him best will remember his big personality, his compassion for others, and a smile that could brighten any room.
He is survived by his loving mother, Krista Timmerman, and step-father, Rick Timmerman; his cherished siblings, Lillia and Robert; grandparents, Robert and Valarie LaBlanc; grandmother, Deodra LaBlanc; father, Adam (Cuhat) Palmer; and grandparents, Steve and Judy Palmer. Daylon was loved deeply by his family, friends, and all who had the privilege to know him.
His loss leaves an emptiness that cannot be filled, but his memory will forever live on in the hearts of those he touched.
Graveside services will be held 10:00 A.M. Friday, November 14, 2025 at the Show Low Cemetery with full military honors. A Celebration of Daylon's Life will follow the graveside services at 11:30 A.M at the Show Low Elks Lodge, 805 E. Whipple.
