David Massey

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our Patriarch, David Barton Massey, born October 20, 1948. He passed away peacefully on the evening of December 5, 2025 at 77 years old, surrounded by his children.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Norman and Mary Massey; his brother Stephen Massey, and his son, Toby Massey.

He is survived by his children: Michelle (Danny) Tafoya, Mandy (Matt) Garsha, Brian Massey, and Matt (Brigett) Massey; beloved grandchildren: Tyler, Kaitlyn, Jessie, Sean, Isaabella, Jenavieve, Jacob, and Brian; and his first great-grandchild arriving in March of 2026; brothers, Mike, Craig (Roz), and Mark.

David was a good man and had a great sense of humor. He loves his Savior Jesus Christ, and we are happy that he is home and in his Savior's presence.

Services will be held at a later date.
