Dart O’Bryan Clark, born August 1st, 1960, in Tioga Louisiana, to Anita and Willie “Bill” Clark, passed away Sunday, December 28th, 2025 at the age of 65 in Show Low, Arizona, surrounded by his children.
He was preceded in death by his father William (Bill) Clark.
He is survived by his mother Anita Pearl (Farr) Clark and his siblings Frank Clark (Teresa Clark), Susan Clark, Bonnie Phillips (Jay Phillips), and Wesley Clark.
He leaves behind his legacy of his 6 children Douglas Clark (Je Clark), Heath Clark, Stephen Clark (Kim Clark), Gavin Clark, Kaitl Clark, and Savannah Wiseman (David Wiseman), along with his 11 grandchildren.
PFC Clark joined the AZ Army National Guard at the age of 25 on November 14, 1985. He accomplished multiple specialties titles before receiving an honorable discharge on November 13, 1993.
Dart had a passion for music that ran deep throughout the family for decades. He and his brothers had a band “Clark County Express” that brought joy and electric energy to many people over the years.
Dart also had an incredible love for the outdoors and especially football. He was a New Orleans Saints fan through and through. You could often find him sitting on his porch watching the hummingbirds or participating in winter sports. He enjoyed snowboarding and snowmobiling, along with other adventures like skydiving. He also enjoyed weightlifting and competed in a spartan competition in 2024.
Dart was a quiet giver, and would silently help out anyone he saw that needed it. He would help out a complete stranger any day because that’s the kind of man he was.
He had an incredible sense humor, often being the one to make light of any hard situation, saying his famous words, “It’ll feel better when it quits hurtin’”. He joked all the way to end. He had an “iron Man” like quality about him, being that he would never show fear. Never show pain. And failure was never an option.
From the heart of his children, “We love you a million times anything you say, you're the best dad in the whole wide world.”
He will be deeply missed. “Go Lay em’ in the Isles.”
