Dale Grabowski, 84, passed away on March 25, 2021. He was born on February 2, 1937 in Los Angeles, California.
He graduated from Southgate High School in 1954. He met the love of his life, Janet, and married her in 1959 and they had a beautiful 62 years together. They raised their family in southern California. They loved family beach outings on the weekends and camping on vacations. Dale was a Christian man who loved the Lord. He belonged to the White Mountain Lake Community Baptist Church. He was a very hard worker and family provider. He worked for SCE in southern California, in various positions and retired in the early 1980s. In 1981 the couple bought a small A Frame cabin in the White Mountains of Arizona as a vacation home. Dale loved building and working with his hands. He later built an addition to the cabin so they could retire and call it home. He served as President of the White Mountain Lake Association Board in the mid 2000s. He loved the quiet and serenity of the White Mountains. He loved his two dogs and they loved him and miss him. He collected Hot Wheel cars and sports card memorabilia. He liked classic cars and going to the car shows. Christmas was Dale's favorite holiday. He loved dressing up as Santa for family get-togethers when the kids and grandkids were younger. He missed being able to do that. It's a special memory they all have of him. Dale loved his wife and family dearly. They meant the world to him.
Dale is survived by his beloved wife, Janet Grabowski and his 3 adult children, 10 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
We loved him and he will truly be missed in our family. He is forever in our hearts.
