Colletta Joe Morris

Colletta Joe was born to Thomas and Flora Joe on February 13th, 1938 in Houck, Arizona. Her clans were Bit’ahnnii born for Kinyaa’aanii.

She had 7 siblings: Rosemary, Annie, Freddie, Angela, Felix, Maggie, and Juanita.

In 1960, Colletta married Bobby Morris and moved to Holbrook, Arizona. Together, they had 5 children: Melvin (Carol), Angela (Pete), Angelica (Joel), Angelisa and Bobby, Jr. She had 8 grandchildren, and 6 great-grandchildren.

She spent her life as a homemaker and enjoyed cooking. She loved being with her family. She also enjoyed listening to classic country music.

Colletta passed away peacefully in her sleep on January 25th, 2022.

A visitation will be held from 10:00-11:00 a.m. at Owens Livingston Mortuary, 409 N. 1st Ave., Holbrook, Arizona. A Graveside Service will follow immediately at the Holbrook Cemetery.
