Charles Arthur Sutherland

Charles Arthur Sutherland passed away peacefully at home on September 21, 2022.

He was the husband of Lauraline Sutherland, sharing 59 years of marriage; father of two sons, Ronald Steven and Dan Matthew (deceased); and grandfather to Ezra Sutherland.

Charlie was a native Arizonan, an avid hunter and fisherman, loved the White Mountains of Arizona; and was a well-known bear guide on the White Mountain Apache Reservation for many years. He owned and operated Charlie's Chevron Gas station in Show Low. He was a Veteran of the U.S. Army.

He is survived by his brother, Jim Sutherland and sister, Marilyn Hamilton. He is preceded in death by his brother, Herb Sutherland.

A family memorial service will be held.
