Carol Scott Witt

Carol Scott Witt, age 62, passed away Friday, August 26, 2022 in Clay Springs, Navajo County, Arizona.  He was born on April 25, 1960 in St. Johns, Apache County, Arizona to Jesse Carol & Mildred Jane Kizzar Witt.  

Scott lived in Clay Springs his whole life, he attended Clay Springs Elementary from Kindergarten to 6th grade.  He then attended Snowflake Junior High his 7th & 8th grade years.  He enjoyed playing little league baseball as a child, as he grew older, he began hunting, rebuilding engines, restoring old cars and trucks.  He also enjoyed riding dirt bikes.  Scott was a hard worker, he worked as a truckdriver and heavy equipment operator.

Scott is survived by his sister, Karlie Eberly; nieces, Minthie Jo McCormick, Miki Dew Lewis, Marki Lynn Eberly, Mattie June Eberly; great-niece, Leighton River Gardner; great-nephews, Archer Gardner, Charles Alexander McCormick, Ryder Ray Lewis and Riggin Robert Lewis.

A viewing will be held from 9:00-9:45 a.m. at the Clay Springs Chapel - The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 5150 AZ-260, Pinedale, AZ.  The Funeral Service will begin at 10:00 A.M. at the Clay Springs Chapel.  Concluding Services and Graveside will be at the Clay Springs Cemetery, Clay Springs, Arizona.
