Bruce was a true entrepreneur. In his early 20's he became the youngest person in company history to own and operate an Exxon station in Houston, Texas. He and his wife went on to own Carroll's wrecker service and Automotive Center, as well Meyerland Texaco, Houston Texas. From there life took them to Port Arthur, Texas where they owned and operated Pleasure Island Ice Company, located on Pleasure Island. There they served the community of shrimpers and other fishing vessels. He also rescued wildlife that were in need. They enjoyed their life on the Island for 10 years. Then they made the big move to Show low Arizona, where they became the Snap-On Tools dealer for the White Mountains.
Bruce enjoyed doing everything with cars. He enjoyed his life on the mountain and loved his customers. His day-to-day passion was his work, out-of-doors, and with his longhorns in Texas.
This is a sketch of the many chapters Bruce had in his life. Now his final chapter is with his Lord and savior. He is now reborn. Ecclesiastes 3:1-2 Palms 119:105
