Barbara Ann Parris, born on August 5, 1936, in Wabash, Indiana, passed away peacefully. She was a gentle soul who cherished history, art, trivia, and gardening, finding joy in the simple pleasures of life. Barbara especially loved watching University of Arizona Basketball games and always cheered passionately for her team.

Barbara was previously a devoted member of Madonna Guild at St. Mary's Church in Pinetop, where she found solace and community. Her dedication extended to her work at St. Vincent de Paul in Pinetop, where she selflessly served others with kindness and compassion.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Jim Noel Parris. Barbara is survived by her loving daughters Michelle Hansen (Bob Owens), Susan Barron (Gregg Barron), Rene Stinnett (Ken Stinnett), and Cherie McCracken. She leaves behind a legacy of love and strength to her 9 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren.

A Mass to honor Barbara's life will be held at St. Rita's Catholic Church on Monday, April 8, 2024, at 11:00 A.M. Following the Mass, she will be laid to rest at Eastlawn Palms Cemetery in Tucson, Arizona on Wednesday, April 10, 2024, at 12:00 P.M.

Barbara Ann Parris will be deeply missed by all who knew her but will forever remain in their hearts as a beacon of love and grace.
