Alisa "Lisa" Sandberg, 62, passed away peacefully on July 14th, 2026. She was born on July 22, 1963.

Lisa will be remembered for her kind heart, caring spirit, and the love she shared with those who knew her. She touched many lives with her warmth, strength, and compassion, and her memory will continue to live on in the hearts of all who loved her.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Mary Jane Brewer and Laverne "Vern" Sandberg; her stepfather, Coleman Brewer; her beloved daughter, Tara Gardner; her sisters, Rene Talbiot and Brinda Shocky; her brother, T.P. Cochran; and the love of her life and devoted partner, Derek Gallegos.

Lisa was the proud grandmother of five grandchildren and one great-grandchild, each of whom brought her immense joy and happiness. Her love for her family will continue to live on through them.

Throughout her life, Lisa faced many hardships with strength and resilience. She leaves behind cherished memories that will be treasured by her family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing her.

A celebration of Lisa's life will be held at a later date. Her family asks that she be remembered for the love she shared and the lasting impact she made on the lives of others.
