Dean Raymond Speer, beloved son, father, brother and grandpa passed away on Wednesday, March 23, 2016 at the Haven of Show Low Care Center in Show Low, Arizona.He is survived by his mother, Marjorie Moore, a daughter Shawnene Santiago; sisters Debbie Hall and Jennie Speer; a brother Dennis Speer; grandchildren Johnny Speer, Chance Reeves, Christian Santiago, Aries Santiago and Shawnene (Nori) Santiago.Dean was a beloved friend to many. He served in the Vietnam War. No public services are scheduled at this time. Arrangements were handled by Owens Livingston Mortuary-White Mountain Chapel.
