Frank Joe Belin, age 68, passed away on Tuesday, December 22, 2015 in Holbrook, Arizona. He was born October 15, 1947 in Indian Wells, Arizona to Abraham Belin and Lovey Begay Belin. He is survived by his wife, children and many relatives and friends who loved and cared for him.Funeral services will be held on Monday, December 28, 2015 at 10:00 am at the Holbrook Stake Center building of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 1127 Helen Ave. in Holbrook, Arizona. A viewing will be held beginning at 9:00 am that morning at the church. Burial will follow at the Holbrook Cemetery. Arrangements were handled thru Owens Livingston Mortuary in Holbrook, Arizona.
