Fay N. Rogers of Vernon, Apache County, Arizona passed away on August 8, 2015 at the Haven of Lakeside in Lakeside, Navajo County, Arizona. She was 83. Fay was born on October 5, 1931 in Joelton, Davidson County, Tennessee to her parents the late, Raybon and Sara (Felts) Binkley. She is survived by her children, Donna Payne, Jerry Florian and Dianne Florian as well as 2 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. No services are planned.
