Harold Bernard Payne

Harold Bernard Payne, of Springerville, Apache County, Arizona passed away following a lengthy illness, October 15, 2012 at Sierra Blanca Rehabilitation Center in Lakeside, Navajo County, Arizona. He was 82. Harold was born to the late Youmbert and Mary (Cornett) Payne on September 12, 1930 in Coxton, Harlan County, Kentucky. Harold was a veteran of the United States Marine Corps having served during the Korean Conflict Era. He was a resident of the Springerville area for over 20 years. He is survived by his 2 sons, Steve (Vickie) Hills and Harold Hills and 2 brothers, Ron Payne of Marietta, Georgia and Bob Payne of Yates Center, Kansas. Private services are planned.
