Violet June Young, of Show Low, Navajo County, Arizona passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family December 25, 2011 at Summit Healthcare Regional Medical Center in Show Low. She was 76. Violet was born on January 30, 1934 in Oracle, Pinal County, Arizona to the late Clarence and Camille (CivaLier) Pierson. Violet is survived by her son, Gary Young of Show Low, Arizona; daughter, Debra Pew of Glenwood, Arkansas; granddaughter, Megan Young of Mammoth, Arizona; sisters, Verna A. Werner, Muriel D. Grover, Judy A. Huffman and a brother, John B. Pierson. Private services are planned.
