Hazel Bernice Mitchell, age 87, passed away Sunday, January 25, 2009 at Rim Country Health Center in Payson, Arizona. Mrs. Mitchell is survived by her sons, Mike (Cora) Mitchell of Snowflake and Wendell Mitchell of Holbrook. She was preceded in death by her husband, Wallace Glenn Mitchell in 1977 and by her son, Dale Mitchell in 2005. Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Friday, January 30, 2009 at the First Baptist Church in Holbrook. Interment will be in the Holbrook Cemetery.
